We performed our first harvest of the season this week.Mostly sunny days throughout the week with fluctuating warm temperatures. Daily temperatures ranged between 25°C – 39°C. Overnight temperatures ranged between 7°C - 16°C.
As per any first harvest, volumes are small.
Fruit quality is good. Fruit size is medium to large. Ripeness is half colour.
We performed our first harvest of the season this week. The fruit is medium to large in size with a great firmness and overall quality. Our harvest volumes will increase by the end of next week and we should be in full swing within 2 weeks. Crops are looking very healthy and fruit set is prolific.
