Cloudy and foggy mornings. Quality is improving, minimal quantities harvested.Cloudy and foggy mornings while sunny during the day. Cool overnight temperatures ranging between 10 to 12 degrees and warmer temperatures during the day ranging between 23 to 28 degrees.
The cooler nights are slowing down the ripening process, therefore; the quantities harvested over this week were minimal.

Across all growing regions the quality of gourmet tomato has slightly improved. Still a larger percentage of the volumes available are not up to standard. Roma tomatoes are still in very short supply. Quantities however are due to increase mid-week with new crops coming in.
