We forecast to complete our final pick of the season in two weeks.Mostly overcast days with scattered showers throughout the week. Daily temperatures ranged between 15°C – 23°C. Overnight temperatures ranged between 8°C - 15°C.
Smaller volumes harvested.
Quality is good. Fruit size is small – small/medium. Ripeness is quarter – half colour.
The warmer days and greater sunlight have helped colour up the fruit. We completed harvesting from the FW group of houses and are now focused on C and D groups. We forecast to complete our final pick of the season in two weeks as we continue with our end of season clean out of the houses along with disinfecting and preparation for next season. We forecast to begin transplanting in the first week of August for the 2023/24 season.
