Tomato quality and plant health are both excellent.This week we experienced 4 days of extremely hot temperatures. Daily temperatures ranged between 18°C – 40°C. Overnight temperatures ranged between 10°C - 20°C.
Small numbers harvested.
Quality is looking very good.
The combined efforts of our watering schedule and the controlled temperatures of the green houses through the pads and fans ensured that the current plantations in production were not affected by the extreme heat. Tomato quality and plant health are both excellent. This week we transplanted the hydroponic houses and 3 soil houses for the latest part of the season.
