Overcast days with rain, preparing for the next harvest and performing maintenance.Rainy overcast days and cool nights. Temperature ranging between 16 to 23 degrees during the day and 12 to 16 degrees overnight.
This week’s harvest is limited due to the weather conditions we are experiencing. We are expecting larger quantities next week as the weather is forecasted to improve.
Currently the quality of tomatoes is exceptional, however we would like the fruit to mature quicker. The semi-hydroponic plants have developed their first flowers.
We are managing the plants preparing for the next harvest, while taking opportunity to perform preventative maintenance in the packing facility.
