We are a week away from harvest volumes beginning to pick up.Mostly sunny days with cooler overnight temperatures and morning fog this week. Daily temperatures ranged between 25°C – 27°C. Overnight temperatures ranged between 8°C - 18°C.
Small volumes harvested.
Quality is good. Fruit size is small – small/medium. Ripeness is quarter – half colour.
Temperatures have slightly warmed up this week, but we are still managing with cool overnight temperatures and morning frost. This May has been our coldest in 29 years, but we forecast to begin receiving warmer temperatures throughout June. We are approx. a week away from harvest volumes beginning to pick up. Quality has improved with the warmer daily temperatures.
