We began harvesting earlier this week.Sunny days with warmer temperatures throughout the week. Daily temperatures ranged between 29°C – 39°C. Overnight temperatures ranged between 13°C - 21°C.

We began harvesting earlier this week and all of the patches are performing well even with the consistently sunny days and warm temperatures. This week has primarily been focussed on ensuring that the plants are well protected against the increased sunlight, which contrasts to our focus next week, which will primarily be on harvesting.
