For the coming week we are forecasting to harvest larger volumes. We are aiming to harvest most of the fruit as soon as possible as the temperature forecast from Saturday to Tuesday will be reaching above 40°C. This is all in an effort to avoid overripe and soft fruit as well as reduce plant stress.
