Last week’s strong winds have led to some wind damage.Overcast days with showers and wind. Daily temperatures ranged between 12°C - 15°C. Overnight temperatures ranged between 1°C - 11°C.

Last week’s strong winds have led to some wind damage to the poly houses, which in turn has hindered the plants due to difficulty regulating temperatures. We will have these poly houses closed-up by the end of the week and the plants will need to take some time to recover. All in all, this is a minor setback. We are 2 weeks away from harvesting tomatoes and we are approx. 10 weeks way from harvesting capsicums. We should begin to see the first fruit set for capsicums in 2 weeks.
