Harvest volumes and quality are at optimal levels.Sunny days with extremely hot temperatures. Daily temperatures ranged between 25°C – 39°C. Overnight temperatures ranged between 13°C – 15°C.
Larger volumes harvested.
Fruit quality is good. Fruit size is small/medium – medium. Ripeness is ¾ colour – colour.
Similar to last week, we are very happy with how things are progressing. Both harvest volumes and quality of the fruit being harvested are at optimal levels. We are currently harvesting from patches 2 and 3 and we just began with patch 4 this week.
