Weekend temperatures will speed up ripening process.
Weather: Mostly sunny days with very warm temperatures later in the week. Daily temperatures ranged between 19°C – 37°C. Overnight temperatures ranged between 8°C - 19°C.
Harvest: Larger volumes harvested.
Quality: Quality is good.
Activity: We anticipate to be considerably busy this week as we forecast for weekend temperatures to exceed 30C, which will in turn speed up the ripening process and overall harvest activity. The younger plantings are coming along nicely as they are establishing themselves their growing medias.
