Colder temperatures have pushed back our harvest pattern.
Weather: Very cold days and nights. Daily temperatures ranged between 0°C – 16°C. Overnight temperatures ranged between -1°C - 4°C.
Harvest: Reasonable volumes harvested.
Quality: Quality is holding up well despite the weather conditions.
Activity: As volumes began to increase last week, colder daily and overnight temperatures have pushed back our harvest pattern and therefore lowered pack out volumes. This coming week the seeds will be sown for the 2020-2021 season.
